Payments
Prepayment to a PrivatBank card. Payment details will be sent to you after placing the order.
The cost of the “postpaid” service is according to the carrier’s tariffs.
At the request of the customer, we issue an invoice with VAT.
Cash payment is possible for customers who pick up the goods by self-delivery.

Returns and Exchanges
The company returns and exchanges goods in accordance with the requirements of the law.
Return dates
Returns are possible within 14 days after the day of purchase (for goods of proper quality). Return delivery of goods is carried out by agreement.
Product return policy
- The product can be returned within 14 days after the day of purchase;
- Mandatory conditions for the return of goods are: absence of signs of use, presence of a company label, integrity of packaging and completeness, product appearance;
- Delivery at the expense of the client (in case of shortage, delivery at the expense of the company);
- Refunds are made within 14 days.
